Perfect. I may start making pastries. I have tried using different cutting boards but they slip and slide on my counters and the dough sticks. I know this is for pastry dough but it works for my bread dough as well. Just a light sprinkle of flour and the board does not move! I can also use this for rolling out my pasta dish. The board is not huge but neither is the space on my counter so it works.
